Pay Rent

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, regardless of holiday or weekend.

It is LATE after the 1st, and late fees will be assessed for any payment received after midnight on the 5th. If you know you will be late, please call or email us to let us know!

The absolutely BEST way to pay rent is to log into your Tenant Portal

Set up one-time or automated monthly rent payments that transfer money directly from your bank account to our management account. This method is secure, private, and you control it! Please post payment here 3 business days before the 1st of the month for funds to transfer as of the 1st.

Mailing payments by US mail is NOT ADVISED and often results in late fees being assessed. If you intend to pay by mail, please mail your check at least one week BEFORE the 1st of the month.
