If you live in a townhouse or single family home, have you made sure your outdoor spigots have been winterized? Not sure how to do that? Other things to check: furnace filter (change every 2 months unless you have a special filter), clear leaves from outdoor stairwell drains. After the big wind last night, most of the leaves are fallen - so now's a good time to get them picked up and properly disposed of as well.
