If you live in a townhouse or single family home, have you made sure your outdoor spigots have been winterized?  Not sure how to do that?  Check out the Maintenance Tips on our website under "Tenant Maintenance Tips."   Other things to check:  furnace filter (change every 2 months unless you have a special filter), clear leaves from outdoor stairwell drains.   After the big wind last night, most of the leaves are fallen - so now's a good time to get them picked up and properly disposed of as well.
