VRLTA changes

Virginia just passed new laws imposing VRLTA on owners of more than 2 properties in Virginia. In the past this only applied to owners of more than 4 properties in close proximity - this is a significant change in our opinion and we want all owners, especially those owning more than one rental in Virginia, to understand its impact. We will have more out on this soon.
