Virginia just passed new laws imposing VRLTA on owners of more than 2 properties in Virginia. In the past this only applied to owners of more than 4 properties in close proximity - this is a significant change in our opinion and we want all owners, especially those owning more than one rental in Virginia, to understand its impact.
