Although it's unusually cold for Mother's Day today, the hot weather is right around the corner. There were A/C repair calls on Friday - and time for those with service contracts to have their Spring HVAC checks. Things that tenants should do: de-winterize your outdoor spigots, change your furnace filters, cut the grass and weed flower beds. Things owners should consider - HVAC check-ups, prepare for maintenance projects you've been putting off (such as repairing decks or restaining, fresh mulch in flower beds). Always something to do.
