ALERT to all tenants - be careful with the ICE!   Tenants with sidewalks are reminded that in Fairfax Co, Alexandria and Arlington you are responsible for clearing the walk in front of your townhouse or single-family home.  Please also be aware that some Ice Melt products are toxic and can be deadly to pets!   More snow is forecast for Tuesday.  Please report any tree or property damage to us promptly, and if it's an emergency (tree on roof) make sure you and your family are safe before calling us!   Stay safe and warm : )
