Will it ever stop raining?   We unfortunately had a few flooded basements with this last round of storm, and more severe weather is predicted for later this week.  VERY IMPORTANT to make sure gutters are cleaned!  If you don't live in a condo, chances are that you (the tenant) are responsible for cleaning your gutters!  Also very important to make sure any drains in outside stairwells are CLEARED OF DEBRIS!   Check sump pumps - are they plugged in?  Do you think they are working?   If not let us know.  Flooded basements ARE NO FUN AT ALL and very costly to clean and restore.  WE always appreciate the way our tenants cooperate to help keep us informed and also to help their landlords protect their homes.  Thank you!
