COMING SOON - We will activate the Pay Rent Here feature in Tenant Portals!  We've had lots of requests to do this, and so we've decided to make this happen for you!  It will allow tenants to log in to make a one-time payment that posts REAL TIME to our property management software (marks tenant's rent as PAID), or to set up recurring payments.  If you've already given us an ACH Debit Direct Pay form, we will automatically convert so that your rent will continue to be paid monthly - no further action needed on your part.  We hope all of our tenants who are not currently using Direct Pay find this to be helpful and convenient!   Owners will be able to make contributions to their accounts as well.   You've requested - we're responding!
