For those of you who don't know already, Kingstowne is an amazing community in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County. Built in the 1990s to early 2000's, it consists of over 5300 homes, including single family, townhouses, and condos. It has two outdoor pools, two well-stocked fitness centers, a lake, tennis, volleyball, soccer, basketball, bike and walking trails, and many more amenities! Lots of community activities year round, and convenient to Ft. Belvoir, the Pentagon and Downtown via bus/metro. There are two metro stops in the area: Springfield and Van Dorn.
Our company manages several homes in the Kingstowne area, and we sell homes (and help people buy homes) there all the time. The community has a reputation for being a convenient commute, a family friendly area, and for keeping home values up by proper oversight of the homeowners association.
Clifton is also an amazing area - it's a secluded section of Fairfax County that features larger, more rural lots (most are 5 acres or more) and one of the last places in Fairfax County where you can still find horses and even cows! In fact, there's a large cattle farm just across from our land. We've enjoyed watching a family of 5 baby fox kits running around in our back lot. Everyone at Key Home Sales & Management is waiting for our pool to open and our first office party at my new home!
