Cold weather is here ... or is it that "Polar Vortex" ? Nevertheless, time to make sure the outdoor spigots have been winterized and outside sprinkler systems cleared and shut down as well. Alerts have gone to all tenants but if you are not sure if you have winterized properly, please call us! Likewise, please make sure leaves are cleared from stairwell drains, and pick up and dispose of leaves properly. This obviously does not apply to condos or units where yard maintenance is done by the community.
